This is an absolutely beautiful piece; I never want to take it off. The gold chain is lovely; I just happen to own mainly silver jewelry and reached out to Jivita to inquire if I could perhaps switch out the gold chain for a silver chain. She was not only efficient with her response, she was so kind, professional and accommodating. I was able to mail her my necklace and she replaced the chain for me, free of charge. It arrived to me within two days of her receiving it. The crescent moon is a beautifully hand crafted piece that I absolutely adore.
