Handcrafted in sterling silver, the cuff can be personalized with your choice of a 2mm yellow sapphire or white diamond set in a 14k gold bezel, or a 3mm opal set in silver.
At ⅝" wide, the Sierra Cuff has a substantial yet refined presence and is designed for medium to large wrists.
