The shoreline of Southeastern Alaska is striking. Giant dense trees that come all the way to the rocky shore. There are bits of shell everywhere and the water is teaming with life. I've been holding onto this piece of Abalone shell for years, naturally carved by the elements, it is set in silver with a hand cut eagle on the backside. Oxidized chain is combined with Alaskan jade to make this 23" necklace. Chain is adjustable so can be worn shorter as well.
